Fireplace maintenance. Painted back surround of fireplace , clean and tested operation . Fireplace is in great condition. Ruud furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating very well . Installed new filter , turned water on and tested humidifier. Adjusted drain for Hrv , drain was holding water . Inducer motor was a little loose and had dripped a little through out the year , tighten and tested .

Ruud furnace maintenance. Inducer motor gasket between motor and collector box was leaking , removed motor , cleaned area and sealed with high temp silicone . Tested operation of furnace in second stage due to thermostat being a two stage stat . Furnace is operating well .

Fireplace maintenance Looked a thermostat, lcd on screen is blown. Thermostat needs to be replaced. Customer wants a similar thermostat and is going to to pick up one from Rona or Canadian tire and the. Have us install it. Customer will e transfer payment Sept 27 - returned to install customer provided thermostat, tested heat mode and cooling mode, set programming to be able to run scheduling. System is fully operational

Furnace and fireplace maintenance and inspection. Both pieces of equipment are on the older side however they are both working safely at this time. Found no problems with either unit at this time. Recommend AC maintenance early spring to determine the condition of the unit as it is the same age as the furnace.

Arrived at a residential home for a scheduled Lennox air conditioner installation. I removed the old unit, installed the new one, and made sure it was working properly. The customer is pleased with the replacement.

Coleman ac repair . Inspected and verified unit is operating. Air conditioner is very low on 410a refrigerant. Quickly leaked searched the evaporator coil with electronic detector . Found no leak but did notice the furnace exhaust was very loose on the gear clamp attached to the inducer motor ( tightened when I put exhaust back together ) . I visually inspected outside condenser for oil and found none . Out side disconnect is also very close to the unit and ac door was bent apron arrival too . I have recommended to add dye and refrigerant to the system , allowing us to find the leak when we return.

Ac maintenance. Both heads cleaned and found restriction in condensation line in upstairs bedroom, cleared out. Part required due to hinge breaking. Contacted office and made parts required for repair. .

Age of unit is a concern being 20 years old but is operating safely. Submitted estimate to customer as interested in replacing equipment in the future.
