Furnace Maintenance: Replaced the media 16x25x4 filter with the correct sized (16x25x5). Added telfon tape to the collector box plug to avoid further condensate damage. Flushed the condensate lines to ensure proper drainage. Inspected pressure switch tubing for optimal functionality. Cleaned and polished the flame sensor to enhance performance. Performed diagnostic testing to verify efficient system operation. Stay warm

Navien tankless flush/maintenance Perfomed full maintenance on navien unit, cleaned air intake filter, water inlet filter, condensate trap and flushed heat exchanger with tankless descaler. Found some buildup of calcium when flushing system, nothing major but definitely enough to continue to recommend a yearly flush. This will help extend the life of the unit. Performed Furnace maintenance and inspection on Lennox G71 furnace. Furnace is in great condition visually for its age, motors sre working well at this time, found no problems or concerns during maintenance. Pulled and cleaned flame sensor on unit during maintenance. Both appliances are in good condition at this time

Fireplace repair - customer saw a red liht and shut the gas off to fireplace.. Red light was from the remote module, requiring new batteries. Unit was in rough shape, logs had fallen over and there was an excessive amount of embers. Performed routine equipment maintenance on on equipment. System is fully operational Customer will e transfer.

Payne furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating great at time of testing . Furnace manufactured in 2014 . Gas pressure was set high at 3.9 inw , I have reduced down to 3.5 inw ( factory recommend) . Blower motor capacitor rated for 15 ua and holding a good charge at 15.4 ua . Removed and cleaned furnace drain down , small amount of debris building up inside trap . Quickly visually inspected air conditioner, out side condenser is dirty and needs to be washed/ maintained before summer , along with black insulation around lineset is damaged and needs to be fix . Condensation will drip from that copper pipe when air conditioner is running .

Upon arrival system was not running however there were no error codes recorded. Upon further inspection found W wire disconnected . Hooked up W wire and verified all other thermostat connections to ensure proper wiring. Set thermostat to celsius. Tested furnace, working well with no issues. RA temp 13c SA temp 46.5c Furnace is heating the home well after fixing wiring issue, will take some time to heat the home due to how cold it is

Steve and team installed a new furnace and a/c unit. They arrived as scheduled and completed the installation in a satisfactory and professional manner. Steve kept us informed throughout the process and made things right where required. Craig (A/C technician) needed to change pad for larger unit and even discussed options with us for our approval. We are very satisfied we chose Evans Plumbing and Heating.
