Guardian after hours furnace ce was operating for about 3 seconds then turning off . Dirty flame sensor was causing the errors . Flame sensor was reading 0.5 ua before cleaning and 2.6 ua after cleaning . Furnace is operation . Honeywell th1100dv , change thermostat from f to c .
Lennox furnace after hours repair . House was at set temperature. Flame sensor reading was very low , between 0.1 ua and 0.7 ua . Cleaned sensor and retested with a reading of 3.2 ua . Found no other issues with furnace at time of testing . Quickly cleaned pressure switch tubes and drain tube . Recommend a maintenance before next winter . Furnace is also 19 years old and towards the end of expected life for a high efficient furnace .
Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation
Lennox furnace repair . Install new blower motor . Blower bracket was missing right side screw , ( added screw and verified bracket is secure ) . Inducer motor couple was loose and leaking water down the inducer motor and into the bottom cabinet of the furnace . Tighten gear clamps . Right side collector box drain plug also leaking , tight plug , verified leaking were taken care of . Furnace is operation well .
Evan select repair , install circuit board . Voltage coming into the board 118.5 volts with no call for heat and 117.6 Volts during call for heat with both motors operating . Error code ee3 high limit , no other error codes . Check temp rise both first and stage stage , both under 50 f . Verified ac fan speed was set on 04 before and after new board .
Lennox Furnace repair , gas valve was defective . Installed new gas valve and tested operation . While tested the unit , I noticed the inducer motor clicking . I removed motor and document the ran blade is cracked and recommend to replace inducer motor . Furnace is operation confirmed inducer is creating a proper vacuum pressure of 1.5 inw for now . I also recommend a maintenance during inducer motor install .
Install inducer motor and test perform of furnace .
Furnace maintenance: Successfully completed both diagnostic testing in first stage and second stage. Adjusted gas pressures to meet manufacturers requirements in both first and second stage. Replaced the filter with provided filter. Flushed condensation lines. Inspected pressure switch lines. System is operating beautifully. Happy holidays,
York furnace repair . Last 5 errors were 2 ( check pressure switches ) 7 ( flame lost during call for heat) 8 failure to ignite . I witness no failure during all my testing. Performed a furnace maintenance and watched furnace for about 20 mins no issues at this time .
