Lennox furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating well . Found small condensation leak on left side drain plug from the collector box . Teflon plug to seal leak . Furnace detected flame roll out error after cleaning , no sensor were open , checked connections on board and error went away . Error never came back during testing . Furnace was operating with a 70 degree differential, after testing we found 4 vents closed , I have recommended to leave them open during heating season

Lennox furnace maintenance . Furnace is operating well . Inducer motor fan blade starting to rub on the inside of the housing . I supported thr motor with a few zip ties to help centre the blade , inducer motor is no longer rubbing while being supported . Humidifier had some leak , causing water to pool under return , adjusted filter pad and lowered water pressure , humidifier no longer leaking.installed new furnace filter provided by customer . No other concerns at time of maintenance.

Lennox furnace repair . Honeywell t4 pro screen locked . Password is 1234 . I have unlocked the screen and turned off the program to give full access and control. Tested operation of furnace and humidifier , checked c.o 17 ppm .filter was last changed in Jan , I recommend replacing filter before any major cold weather .

Carrier furnace maintenance. Adjusted fan speed from blue to black because furnace over heated , also Opened return grill in living room . Gas pressure where set for 3.8 inw adjusted down to 3.5 inw .furnace is operating well . Set schedule for thermostat and added batteries. Schedule was reset when power was off to furnace . Adjusted water pressure for humidifier, to stop leak and to minimize water waste . Tighten nut on mixing valve to stop water leaking above hot water tank . Cleaned Hrv intake termination .

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Jordan! He is very skilled, though and very professional. He discovered the ruined filter in our humidifier that we had never changed. he also advised me about the wet under the furnace pad and other maintenance issues to monitor. he is an great young man and an amazing staff person for Evans! Furnace and fireplace maintenance. Fireplace is operating great with no concerns .performed cleaning Painted back sound , tested operation of unit . Furnace has water under the concert pad but no water inside the furnace . Humidifier filter pad was completely rotted away and customer was attempting to use humidifier, water possible from humidifier but no indication while I was there . Inside new furnace and humidifier pad , tested operating of both furnace and humidifier. Everything operating well at time of testing .

Lennox furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating great . Found a small condensation leak on the drain diverter coupling . Tighten gear clamp to fix leak , no other concerns at time of maintenance . Quickly inspected air conditioner condenser due to no maintenance since install . I do recommend having our company return for an air conditioner maintenance in the spring .

Keeprite furnace repair / maintenance call back . Defective blower motor capacitor, rated 10 mfd , reading 3 mfd . Blower motor would start intermittently, furnace would fail to high limit sensor when motor did not start . Installed new capacitor and tested operation of furnace . No other concerns at this moment .

Furnace repair . Possible flame sensor issues . Furnace ignited and operated normal when I arrived. I witnessed two failed attempts in 10 tried . Both failing just after burners ignite . Removed and cleaned flame sensor , checked drain and venting , no issues found . Furnace was operating normal .

Keeprite furnace maintenance. Furnace is operating well with no concerns . Removed condensation pump and cleaned, recommend added white vinegar (1 cup ) in spring and fall .

Furnace maintenance - unit is operational, but the circulating blower is showing signs of its age, pulling 8 amps during high fire. Explained to the customer to have a plan for when the blower finally goes. Investigated water heater and discovered calcium deposits on some of the piping, unit is only 4 years old, customer may contact the installing company regarding potential warranties. Trane furnace maintenance. Humidifier repair , replace tubing between solenoid and pad . Humidifier was wired to r and w , wired unit to w and c so humidifier only runs when heat runs . Trane furnace maintenance, furnace is operating very well at time of testing . Main floor had filter in the cold air return , I have removed them and recommend not to replace them .

Keeprite furnace and AC maintenance/inspection. Equipment is in good condition for its age and working fairly well at this time. Replaced capacitor for condenser fan motor as it was very low and close to failure. Found no other problems or concerns during visit.

I have recommend to replace 40/5 mfd due to the charge holding at 3.3/34.5 . Customer has decided to wait in the repair .
