Electric furnace repair - upon arrival began testing sequencers 24 v and 120v were presented through each piece. Then tested the resistance of each heating element, they ranged between 11-16ohms, which is good. tested voltage to each heater.. 118v on each leg of the resistive loads..when it should be 240v. Traced wiring of unit, r wire off the transformer was barely on, re crimped and began testing again. Discovered the heating elements circuit was now being properly connected, now 210v were being supplied properly to heating elements 2 & 4. Within a couple minutes the sequencers closed the other 2 heating elements. Now 200v is being supplied properly to all heating elements. Unit is operating, customer is moving from here and just needs to get through this time. System is operation
